We are currently located at two sites across the street from each other. The high throughput cloning, NMR spectroscopy, and administration is located at the Clinical Genomics Centre in the Max Bell Research Centre and attached to Toronto General Hospital while the X-ray crystallography and Functional Proteomics is located at the sub-basement of the Best building. The laboratories are fully equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for high throughput cloning, protein production and characterization, as well as structure determination by both NMR spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic methods. Although a majority of our work is done in these two facilities, we also have access to shared instrumentation at the Ontario Cancer Institute and the University of Toronto.
